Oxford Fireplace Centre specialise in the design and styling of contemporary and traditional fireplaces. We provide a wide range of fireplaces including natural stone fireplaces, hole in the wall fires, contemporary and traditional designs, cast iron fireplaces, wooden and stone fire surrounds.
We specialise in high efficiency fires including balance flue gas fires, stoves, and stand-alone solid fuel systems for those who don't have a chimney.
We have many different types of fire styles available including wood-burning, solid fuel, gas and electric in most designs. We use only the highest quality suppliers to ensure that we provide the best service to you as our customers. We think it's important that our customers see what they are buying. We consider a fireplace to be at least a 20 year project so we like our customers to take their time choosing what is exactly right for their home.
At Oxford Fireplace Centre we provide a professional quality friendly service and our team can provide as much or as little help as you require; home visit, design, supply only, full installation and certification or just some advice. We only use our own full time Gas safe and HETAS registered engineers so you can rest easy, knowing that we are taking care of everything.
Please note, we do not offer an independent installation service because we like to be sure of the quality of the goods that we install. If you require an independent installer please find your engineer using the HETAS (for solid fuel) or Gas Safe Register to ensure that your installer is appropriately qualified to certificate the work that they do.

Meet the Team
As a family business we pride ourselves on our friendly, yet professional approach to finding the right fire for your home. We thought it best to introduce ourselves so that when you come to see us in the shop or we arrive to quote for your fire, or are installing your fireplace you know who we are. Starting with the founder of Oxford Fireplace Centre, a bit of a legend in his own right, and although he is no longer steering the ship he is still an important member of the team:
